Return Policy

Custom-Made Products

Due to the personalized nature of our custom-made products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any custom items. Please ensure all details and specifications are correct before placing your order.

Non-Custom Products

If you are not satisfied with your non-custom purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, minus shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at support@funhousedeco.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Please ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving the return authorization. The cost of shipping for the return will be deducted from the refund total.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@funhousedeco.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@funhousedeco.com for further assistance.
